A 1953 alum of South High School, he was in sales all his life, accepting started at his father’s apparatus store. He went on to assignment for assorted apparatus and apparatus food including Morgan Furniture, Goldstein’s Furniture, Sears, JCPenney, and Quality Mattress.
Don was a affiliate of Pleasant Grove Presbyterian Church.

Besides his parents, Donald was preceded in afterlife by one sister, Betty Bennett.
